Shipping Information

All of our planners are 'made to order'. Our current processing time, before it ships is 4-10 BUSINESS days (not including weekends or holidays).
We do not offer RUSH orders. 

Shipping within Canada
We ship with Canada Post expedited service for our planners. Shipping takes approximately 1-7 BUSINESS days (not including weekends or holidays) from the ship date. We will send you an email with tracking once your order has shipped. 
Please Note: We ship small orders such as stickers and pagemarkers with lettermail to keep your shipping costs down. There is no tracking with these orders and they can take up to 12 BUSINESS days (not including weekends or holidays).

Shipping to the United States
We ship with USPS. Shipping takes approximately 2-7 BUSINESS days (not including weekends or holidays) from the ship date. We will send you an email with tracking once your order has shipped. 

International Orders
Shipping takes approximately 7-15 BUSINESS days (not including weekends or holidays) from the ship date, these are estimates only as orders can be delayed in customs upon entering the destination country. We will send you an email once your order has shipped. There is no tracking included with international shipments.
Please Note: All customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes upon delivery. We are not able to determine what these fees will be as they vary from country to country. If you do not pickup your order or refuse delivery we will not offer refunds. 

 

Cancelations

All of our products are made to order, therefore we cannot accept any cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personalized and made to order we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at info@posypaper.com, we will deal with it on a case by case basis. 

Damaged in Shipping
In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours and we will replace the damaged merchandise.

Wrong Shipping Address
We do not offer any refunds on orders that are returned to us due to the customer including an incorrect shipping address on the order. We can resend the order for an additional shipping charge to the customer if we receive it back in the mail (we do not always receive incorrectly addressed orders back).

Refused Delivery
If you do not pickup your order or refuse delivery and it is returned to us we will not offer a refund.
