Products

What size are your planners?
Our standard weekly and monthly planners are 6x9 inches (15.24x22.86 cm) without tabs, 6.5x9 inches (16.51x22.86 cm) with tabs. Our teacher planners and large monthly planners are 8.5x11 inches (21.59x27.94 cm) without tabs, 9x11 inches (22.86x27.94 cm) with tabs.

Can you change the size of the planner?
We are NOT able to change the size of the planners.

Can I order additional months in my planner?
We are only able to provide 12 month planners at this time.

Can I make changes to the inside pages of the planner?
We are NOT able to make any changes to the inside pages.

Can I change the colors of the monthly tabs?
We are NOT able to change the colours of the monthly tabs.

What is the cover made of?
Covers are printed on a 111 lb matte coated cover stock. For extra durability there is a 20 mil clear plastic sheet on top of both the front and back covers. It is not a hardcover.

Can I change the colors of any cover design?
We are not able to make any color changes to the cover designs.

Can I personalize my cover?
Yes, you can personalize your cover like the example shown. You can include your name, company name, subject, monogram, short quote or saying etc.

Do I have to include personalization on my cover?
No, any of our covers can be printed without any personalization. We would include just the years unless specified otherwise.

Ordering

What is currency are products sold in?
All of our prices are displaying as default in USD$. They can be also set to CAD$.

What is your current processing time?
Our current processing time is 4-10 BUSINESS days (not including weekends or holidays). This is the time that we need to make the order prior to shipping.

Can my planner order be rushed?
We are not able to rush any orders. We will work our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Most orders ship before the expected processing time.

Once my order has been placed, can I make any changes to it?
If we have not started working on your order we will try to accommodate any changes. As each item is 'made to order', once we start the printing process we are not able to make any changes. Please be sure to double check your order, your shipping address, and our estimated processing time before completing your order.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If you need to change the address on your order we will do our best to accommodate that. We can change the address right up until it has shipped. Once it has shipped we are not able to make any changes to the address. Please double check your shipping address and email us ASAP if you need to make any changes to it.

Can I cancel my order?
All of our products are made to order, therefore we cannot accept any cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order.

What are your shipping times?

I provided the incorrect address and my order has already shipped. What is your policy?
We are not able to change the shipping address once it has been shipped. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier and providing them with the tracking number. Sometimes customers are able to redirect the order to the new address. If the order is returned to us we can reship it to you but you will have to pay additional shipping fees. Posy Paper Co. is not responsible if a forwarding address is not followed but returned to us instead.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the following countries: Canada, United States, Great Britain, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, , and Malta.

Will there be any extra duties, fees or taxes on my order upon receiving it?
Items shipped to Canada or the US will not incur any additional fees upon receiving their order. International customers are responsible for any additional fees upon delivery. We are not able to determine what these fees will be as they vary from country to country. If you do not pickup your order or refuse delivery we will not offer refunds. 

I live in the Greater Vancouver area, can I pick up my order?
We do NOT offer order pickups at this time.

How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Just click on the link in that email, and you will be able to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated on the carriers website. 
Please note: There is NOT any tracking on international orders.

 

Returns

I received the incorrect order, what is your policy?
We would never leave you with the incorrect order. Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to correct it for you.

My name was spelled incorrectly on my cover, what is your policy?
When we personalize the covers we copy and paste the text that you provided. Human error is possible though, if the mistake is ours we would send you a replacement planner with the corrected name. Please carefully check the spelling before placing your order. Posy Paper Co. is not responsible for any spelling errors if the spelling is the same as what was provided in the order.

My order was damaged from shipping, what is your policy?
If you order was damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will send out a replacement.

I ordered the wrong planner, can I exchange it for another?
Because all of our products are personalized and made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checking out to make sure that everything is correct.
